Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Pallichal Road, Pyarry Junction, Thoppumpady, Cochin 682 005, Kerala, India.
GOL owns and operates a digital platform (including the website www.goleservice.com and a mobile app; collectively the
“Platform”) that promotes shopping, logistics, rooms & other services to the Union Territory of Lakshadweep,
India(“Territory”).
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Our Platform and the content appearing on
Our Platform by all members of the Platform (“Users” or “You” or “Your”). These Terms
should be read concurrently with our Terms of Use (the “Terms”).We may modify this Policy
at our discretion (“Amendments”) without prior notice to you. The modified Policy shall be
updated on our Platform with the date of latest revision. You are requested to keep checking
this Policy on the Platform to keep yourself abreast with the Amendments made.

GOL DOES NOT RETAIN OR GAIN ACCESS TO ANY SUCH INFORMATION AND
SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY, SAFETY OR SECURITY OF
SUCH DOCUMENTS/DETAILS OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTS
THAT ARE COLLECTED BY THE MERCHANT DIRECTLY FROM THE USER.
3.3We may also track certain Information based upon Yourbehavior, actsand preferences on
Our Platform(s).
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:
4.1Your Information, including Personal Information is used to:
a)facilitate Your use of the Platform/Service and provide You with information about the
Platform/Service;
b)provide You personalized content which may include advertisements;
c)processing your payments for Booking Confirmation
d)remember Information so that You need not re-enter it during Your subsequent visits;
e)improve our Platforms and for internal research;
f)fix technical problems, if any;
g)automatically update Our App on Your devices;

5. DISCLAIMERS:

hundred percentage secure. Please contact us if you believe Your Information is
compromised. If we learn of a security systems breach, we will inform you and the
authorities of the occurrence of the breach in accordance with applicable law.
5.2 Your Information may be stored and processed in India.
5.3 We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the Information collected
through the Platform secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password)
to verify Your identity before granting You access to Your account. However, we cannot
ensure the security of any Information You transmit on the Platform or guarantee that
Information on the Platform may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
5.4 When You access Our Platform(s), We offer the use of a secure server. The secure server
software (SSL) encrypts all Information You put in before it is sent to Us.
5.5 We are not responsible and shall not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever for
any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between You and the Merchants
in terms of maintaining Your Privacy with respect to the information that You provided the
Merchant directly. We shall not and are not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or
disagreement between You and the Merchants.
5.6 We do not make any representation or warranty as to the collection, storing or processing
of your Personal Information by any of our Merchants. Merchants shall be liable for your
Personal Information shared with them directly and GOL shall not be liable for any claims
arising from the Personal Information shared by you with a Merchant. Please note and review
the respective privacy policies of the Merchants before you share Your Personal Information
with them.
6. COOKIES:
6.1 We use "cookies" and “cache” (collectively, “Cookies”) on certain pages of the Platform
to help analyse Our web page flow, measure promotional effectiveness, and to enhance Your
experience on Our Platform only. A cookie is a tiny text file stored on your device which
stores information and helps sites work. We do not use cookies to collect any of your
personal information.
6.2We use cookies for the following purposes:
a)To log in which will not to collect any Information;
b)To provide you personalized Services;
